[Basic lesson] Utilising Integrated sereach pane
드림노트의 오른쪽 윗부분을 보면 통합검색창 이 있습니다.
인터넷 주소창, 창작사전 통합검색, 구글 검색, 네이버 검색, 다음 검색, 야후 검색 으로 활용할 수 있는 그야말로 "통합" 검색창 이지요.
(파이어폭스를 쓰시는 분들이라면 이미 이 기능에 익숙하실 것입니다.)
통합 검색창 아이콘을 클릭하면 기능들을 선택할 수 있는데, 각각의 기능들은 아래와 같습니다.
There is an Integrated search pane at the right top corner of DreamNote.
It is a truly "Integrated" search pane which can function as Internet address pane, Custom dictionary master search, Google search, Naver search, Daum search and Yahoo search; firefox-users would already be familiar with this function.
You can select functions below by clicking on the Integrated search pane.
1. "인터넷"이 선택되어 있는 상태에서는 인터넷 주소창으로 활용됩니다.
즉, www.ukino.com 이라고 입력하고 엔터를 누르거나 E 아이콘을 클릭하면 해당 주소로 인터넷 창이 뜨는 것이지요.
그렇다면, daum.net 이라고 입력하고 엔터를 치거나 아이콘을 클릭하면 다음이 뜨겠지요?
http나 www 입력을 생략해도 자동으로 붙여주는 기능까지 포함되어 있답니다 : )
1. Used as an Internet address pane if "Internet" is selected.
Which means, type www.ukino.com then press enter-or click on the E icon- will open that web page.
Then, it will open Daum if you type in daum.net and press enter or click the icon, right?
It will automatically add http or www in case you don't :)
2. "창작사전 통합검색"이 선택되어 있는 상태에서는 드림노트의 "창작사전" 을 통합 검색해줍니다.
창작사전을 띄워서 내용을 찾을 경우, 해당 창작사전 내의 내용만 검색이 됩니다. 하지만 창작사전 통합 검색을 활용한다면, 드림노트 내의 모든 창작사전을 대상으로 내용을 검색할 수 있습니다.
2. Peform a master search in DreamNote's "Custom dictionary" if "Custom dictionary master search" is selected.
If you try to find something by opening a custom dictionary, only contents inside that particular custom dictionary will be searched. By using this function, however, you can search the entire custom dictionaries in DreamNote.
3. "구글", "네이버", "다음", "야후" 가 선택되어 있는 경우
" 구글" 이 선택된 상태에서 유키노 라고 입력하고 엔터를 누르거나 아이콘을 클릭하면 "유키노" 라는 단어에 대해 바로 구글 검색 결과가 표시됩니다. 마찬가지로, "네이버"가 선택된 상태에서 드림노트 라고 입력하고 엔터를 누르거나 아이콘을 클릭하면 드림노트에 대한 네이버 검색 결과가 표시되겠지요. "다음" 과 "야후" 도 마찬가지랍니다.
3. If "Google", "Naver", "Daum" or "Yahoo" is selected
It will show the google search result for 'ukino' if you type in ukino and press enter while "Google" is selected. Similary, if "Naver" is selected and you type DreamNote and enter, the naver search result for 'DreamNote' will show up. Same goes with "Daum" and "Yahoo".
이처럼, 통합 검색창을 활용하면 빠르고 편리하게 자신이 원하는 자료들을 찾을 수 있답니다. 이제 드림노트를 켜고 실제로 통합 검색창을 사용해보세요. 그동안 무심코 지나쳤던 작은 검색창 하나에 참 많은 기능이 숨어있지요?
